Hook + specifics. Lead with the standout fact, then back it with one or two concrete details that prove it is real. Avoid the tired adjectives — 'stunning', 'luxurious', 'must-see' — they are invisible because everyone uses them. Specifics are what feel true.

Then keep the body skimmable: short lines, the key facts up top, no walls of text. Buyers scan; reward the scan.
