We do not hide defects and we do not add features that are not there. We improve the quality of the photos, the same way any professional photographer does after a shoot. The portals reject photos that are blurry, watermarked or misleading, and good editing is none of those.

If you want virtual staging, an empty room shown with furniture for example, we can do that too. That one has to be labelled, because it shows something the property does not have yet. Labelled, it helps the buyer picture the space. Unlabelled, it costs you their trust the moment they walk in.

Your phone already films in high definition, so the detail is there. We pick the best frames, correct the angles and fix the light, the same way a photographer edits after a shoot. A person checks the photos before we deliver.

Your first listing is free, up to 7 photos. Film one property, put our photos next to your last shoot, and decide with your own eyes.

Both, in that order. We use our own AI tools to correct the shots, the same corrections a professional retoucher makes by hand. We straighten the walls, fix the light and bring back the detail.

Every photo is then finished in professional editing tools like Lightroom, and a person checks the set before it reaches you.

For the best result, follow our filming guide. Hold the phone horizontally, move slowly and film every room. We also accept vertical videos at double listing credits because they need more manual work. Results may be less accurate, especially if the footage is poorly filmed.

You can send several clips on WhatsApp or through your upload link. Tell us when you have sent all the footage.

We deliver paid listings within 24 hours after we receive the full footage and you confirm that all footage has been sent. We do what we can for your free listing. It has no delivery deadline or late-delivery remedy.

If you send clips bit by bit, the first clip does not start the clock. Send the complete property instructions with your footage. We will contact you if anything is missing or unusable.

If we miss the delivery deadline for a paid listing, that listing does not use a credit. If a credit was already taken, we put it back. See our Terms of Service for the delivery and revision rules.
