The story
The unit was a shell and core office in Business Bay: bare concrete floors, an exposed ceiling, loose cables and construction dust. The only finished thing in the room was the view.
The landlord wanted it on the market before the fit out. A photographer had nothing to shoot, so the agent filmed one phone walkthrough between the columns and along the window line. That video captured what actually matters for the listing: the real windows, the real columns and the true size of the floor.
From that walkthrough we staged the office digitally: a fitted ceiling with lighting, carpet, workstations, a meeting table and a lounge corner. The bones of the space did not move. Every window, every column and the proportions of the floor are exactly as the agent filmed them, and the Business Bay view stays real.
10 staged photos went live. A tenant scrolling the portal sees a working office instead of a construction site, and can still trust the layout.
