The agent’s own photos, exactly as they arrived.
The story
The villa was brand new in Tilal Al Ghaf and still at snagging. There were marks on the glass, dust on the floors, and nothing in the rooms. No photographer would book a shoot before handover.
The agent did not wait. He was already inside for the inspection, so he took out his phone and filmed one slow lap: the pool terrace, the ground floor, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the roof terrace. That one walkthrough was all we received. No photos, no styling, no second visit.
From that video we built the full listing set: 33 finished photos covering the pool, every room and the floor plan. The dusk exterior that leads the listing came from the same lap. The empty rooms stayed empty and real. We corrected the light, the lines and the colour, and nothing was invented.
It went live as the first professional listing on the street, before handover. The villa rented on an AED 3.3M contract from that one video.
