The story
The family had not moved out. There were toys across the floors, bikes in the hallway, full shelves in the bathrooms, and people walking through half the frames. The agent shot it himself on his iPhone, in the middle of the day. The windows blew out to white, the rooms leaned with the phone tilt, and every frame showed a home in use.
Most agents would call that footage unusable and book a photographer for another day. This one sent it to us as it was.
We worked from those exact iPhone frames. The clutter and the people left the photos, the walls came straight, the light came back, and the view outside the glass returned. 25 finished photos went back to the agent. Every room in the set is the same room from his phone, with the same furniture and the same layout. Nothing was staged and nothing was invented.
There was no reshoot, no styling visit and no second appointment. Drag the sliders below to compare every one of the 25 photos with the frame it came from.
